Calendar
- February 1st: Tuition due
- February 1st: Deadline for returning students turning in registration forms.
- February 20th: President’s Day, no school.
- March 1st: Deadline for new students turning in registration forms
EARLY MORNING CARE
Don’t forget that you may use our Early Morning Care when you need to. The cost is only $3.75 to bring children at 8:00 A.M. Go to Room 6 (Red Room) and sign them in.
REGISTRATION
“In-House students” turn in registration forms by the February 1st deadline. All children or siblings of children already attending our school may enroll. These students have first choice of classes.
Both a registration fee and the last month’s tuition are due at time of registration. This last month’s tuition pays for May of next year. Arrangements can be made with Julie (in the office) if you need to pay these fees over a couple of months.
Look for class lists posted on the Parent Information Board in the office shortly after the deadline to let you know the time that your child got for classes next year.
PARKING
Be sure to park carefully in our parking spots so that other cars can get through the parking lot to get out. Also remember that each child needs to be in a seat belt and accompanied by an adult while in your car. You can call the office for help watching children in your car if you need it.
TEACHER REQUESTS
Each year we have parents wanting to request teachers at registration time. The school’s policy on this issue states that requests are honored only if you have unusual circumstances requiring special attention. For those with such a situation special forms are available in the office to fill out and turn in with your registration application.
We are so fortunate to have qualified teachers that do an amazing job working with children. Give them a chance to impress you with their knowledge and skills.
REMINDER
You already paid for May’s tuition when you registered for this year. But check with Carol in the office for any outstanding balances for earlier tuition, “Lunch Bunch” and “Early Morning Care” before the year ends.
FUNDRAISING
If you want to help plan our annual Spring Fundraiser contact Kim in the office. She works Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
A Note From The Director
Fundraising
Private/Nonprofit organizations such as ours do not get any money from the government to help with the cost of running our school. We need extra help therefore from those who can afford to give it to make our program the best it can be. If you’re not interested in participating in our Spring fundraiser you can give money to our school at any time. Parents often volunteer to pay for some of the costs involved in putting on the fundraiser before the event happens so that all proceeds taken in at the time of the event are profit for the school. All profit goes directly to the school to replace broken toys and furniture and to enhance the educational experience of your children. You may also donate to the church that houses our program to help pay for the remodeling of the building a few years ago. They greatly need this help. Let us know where you want your donation to be used and we will see that it gets to the right place. Thank you for all your help and support at this difficult economic time in our country.
